Scheduled for Sunday the 2nd of March, 2025 will mark the 35th anniversary of the vital environmental event, which has been making a positive impact on Australia’s environment, one piece of litter at a time.
What began 35 years ago as a simple idea from Ian Kiernan who wanted to clean up his own backyard – has since grown into the country’s largest community-based environmental event.
