SURVEY WORKS, TAYLORS BEACH SEAWALK

Hinchinbrook Shire Council advises that survey works will be undertaken at Taylors Beach on Tuesday 16^th, June 2026, as part of the detailed planning and design stage of the Taylors Beach Seawalk project.

The works will include:

• A drone survey conducted in the afternoon to coincide with low tide along the ocean side of the seawalk; and

• A detailed land survey along the rear boundaries of adjacent residential properties prior to the drone survey from 10:00am.

The area of the survey works is shown in the image, outlined by the white polygon, and includes both the ocean-facing coastline and the landward side near residential properties along Taylors Beach.

Residents may notice survey personnel, equipment, and a drone operating in the area during this time. Council appreciates your cooperation while these important works are carried out.
